Welcome to ATS Catering Services. By requesting or receiving any services from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our working relationship and protect both parties.
1.Services Offered
ATS Catering Services provides the sale, maintenance, and repair of commercial catering equipment, specialising in microwave systems but covering a wide range of appliances including ovens, refrigeration, dishwashers, and more.
We serve clients across the UK with professional, reliable, and fully qualified support.
2.Bookings & Access
- All service visits must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or our website.
- Clients must provide accurate access details and ensure a safe, unobstructed work environment.
- Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out charge.
3.Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in GBP and may be subject to VAT.
- Estimates include all labour, parts, and call-out charges. Additional work will not be undertaken without your approval.
- Payment is due upon completion unless agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or invoicing (subject to approval).
We guarantee transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
4.Use of Subcontractors
On occasion, certain works may be carried out by trusted subcontractors who meet our high standards and qualifications. These partners act on our behalf and are covered under the same terms, insurances, and warranties as work completed directly by ATS Catering Services.
5.Parts & Repairs
- We use original or high-quality equivalent parts, depending on availability and customer preference.
- If parts are not in stock, clients will be advised of lead times before work continues.
- Repairs are conducted to the highest standard, with safety and compliance in mind.
6.Warranties
- Labour is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty.
- Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
- Warranties do not apply to faults caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair.
7.Liability
- ATS Catering Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. business interruption, spoilage, or revenue loss) due to equipment failure or service delays.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, faulty installations, or user error.
- Clients are responsible for using equipment in line with current safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
8.Client Responsibilities
- Provide safe and adequate working conditions.
- Notify us of any known issues or previous repair attempts.
- Ensure equipment is accessible for inspection and servicing.
9.Cancellations & Delays
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
- In rare cases of emergency or supply chain delays, ATS reserves the right to reschedule appointments.
10.Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. All client data is stored securely and used solely for the purposes of service delivery, billing, and communication, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
11.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from our services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon publication.
